Shipping Policy
1. We give a guarantee of live and healthy arrival on all livestock provided the package is opened within 3 hours of delivery.
2. We ship out orders using The courier guy overnight option to anywhere in SA.
2. Orders are shipped out within 24 hours of payment reflecting between Mondays and Wednesdays.
Refund Policy
1. In the unlikely event of any livestock being DOA , we will need clear video proof with date and time in the video frame within 3 hours of delivery.
2. With any confirmed DOA we will replace the loss with the same or with another chosen option to the same value with shipping at our cost entirely.
3. No replacements offered on orders without proof.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
1. Cancelation of paid orders will be subject to 50% loss on full amount paid.
2. No returns or exchanges will be offered on livestock without reasonable cause which will be determined by our discretion.
