Pure Reef Trace Elements is required to maintain adequate quantities of necessary elements in a reef aquarium. Contains Potassium, Strontium, Iodine, Iron, Molybdenum, Manganese and Sulphate in balanced concentrations equivalent to Natural seawater values.

Natural seawater has 82 elements in concentrations regarded small enough to be considered trace elements. These are removed by protein skimming, use of activated carbon, as well as water changes. Trace elements are also removed by normal biological functions of corals and reef inhabitants.

If water changes are maintained at 10% weekly using a well-established quality marine salt, dosing of trace elements may be unnecessary.

Directions

Dosage will need to be increased or decreased according to aquarium demand.

Daily dosage:

Add 1ml to every 100L of aquarium water daily. (Can be dosed daily or weekly)
