Sometimes referred to as “The Dwarf Green Bottle Blue”, Dolichothele diamantinensis is a exceptionally stunning little beast. Brazilian Blue Dwarf Beauty Tarantulas are one of the most colorful species of Tarantulas out there . Their striking Blue , Green & Orange colorations together with them being semi-arboreal and exceptional webbers , makes them great inhabitants for smaller terrariums as they are always out on display and hardly choose to hide !! Highly saught after for rarity , colorations , great feeding response and their very strikingly beautiful colors. A great addition for newbies to the Tarantula hobby aswell as to the more avid keepers. They are native to the Mountainous grasslands of Brazil , where they live in suspended web structures under low vegetation and around rocks and crevices. Reaching sizes of 8cm+ , this agile specie is recognized for striking colorations. It is usually a species that is reluctant to flick hairs, and prefers to flee when bothered. That being said, due to the fragile and unpredictable nature of these animals, handling is not recommended. A medium to fast growing species, females can live for a decade after maturing, while the males can make it to 4 years+ . A must have rare beauty for anyone !!
